Terms and Conditions of vv33 — Clear Rules for a Worry-Free Experience

By accessing, registering, or using any vv33 service — including Sports Betting, live casino, poker, slots, crash games, or any other product available at vv33.click — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vv33. If you disagree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any update to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

To create an account and use vv33's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be serving a self-exclusion period on any betting platform;
• Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not being an employee, contractor, partner, or immediate family member of a vv33 employee;
• Not having had a previous account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

Vv33 reserves the right to request supporting eligibility documentation at any time. Providing false information during registration will result in immediate account closure and retention of any available balances.

Each individual may hold only an active account on vv33. Registration is personal, non-transferable, and tied to the holder's CPF. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF — regardless of the device or email address used — is considered a serious violation of these Terms.

At registration, you will need to provide:

• Full name as shown on official ID;
• Valid and active CPF;
• Date of birth;
• A valid and accessible email address;
• Mobile number with a Brazilian area code.

All information provided must be accurate and up to date. vv33 may require confirmation via email, SMS, or additional documentation before enabling features such as withdrawals or high-value bets.

You are solely responsible for keeping your access credentials secure — including your login, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. vv33 strongly recommends:

• Use a strong, unique password that includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters;
• Enable two-factor authentication available in your account dashboard;
• Never share your login credentials with anyone — including vv33 support staff (our agents will never ask for your password);
• Always access the platform through the official address vv33.click;
• Log out of your account when using shared devices.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately at suporte@vv33.click. vv33 is not liable for losses resulting from the user voluntarily sharing their login credentials.

Vv33 accepts deposits via the following methods, all in BRL:

• Pix — instant processing, available 24 hours a day;
• Boleto bancário — settlement within up to 1 business day;
• Credit or debit card — from the major card networks accepted in Brazil;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — subject to availability on the platform;
• TED transfer — through Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. Deposits below this amount will not be processed and will be automatically returned to the original payment method. vv33 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your bank or digital wallet may apply their own charges.

All deposits must come from payment methods registered in the name of the vv33 account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in the funds being returned and the possible closure of the account.

Withdrawals at vv33 are processed exclusively via Pix, to a Pix key registered under the account holder's CPF. The minimum amount per withdrawal request is R$ 30.00.

The standard processing time is up to 10 minutes after internal approval. In cases requiring additional identity verification or security review, the timeframe may be extended, and the user will be notified by email.

Conditions that may delay or hold a withdrawal:

• Pending or incomplete identity verification (KYC);
• Bonus balance with pending rollover requirements;
• Suspicious activity or inconsistencies in account data;
• Withdrawal request to a Pix key not matching the account holder's CPF;
• First withdrawal on a newly registered account, subject to standard review.

Vv33 charges no withdrawal fees. All amounts are transferred in full to the account holder in BRL, with no exchange deductions or administrative charges.

By placing a bet on vv33, you agree that:

• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager, regardless of any subsequent changes;
• Confirmed bets cannot be canceled or changed by the user, except where the cash-out feature is available and the user chooses to use it before the event;
• Vv33 may void bets in cases of clear odds errors, event data inconsistencies, or force majeure preventing the event from taking place;
• For voided bets, the staked amount is refunded in full to the account balance;
• Live bets reflect the state of the match at the time of confirmation and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments (goals, penalties, VAR).

For Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil and Libertadores, vv33 follows the official rules of each competition to determine results. If a match is postponed or suspended, bets remain valid for the new date for up to 72 hours. After that period, bets are refunded.

All bonuses and promotions offered by vv33 are subject to specific conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Minimum rollover: the bonus balance must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before it can be withdrawn as real funds. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 5x the bonus amount;
• Minimum odds: bets placed with bonus balance must have minimum odds of 1.50 per selection to count toward the rollover;
• Valid for: bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion;
• Excluded markets: bets on Asian handicap 0 markets or bets with demonstrably low risk may be excluded from the rollover by vv33;
• Single use: each bonus applies to one account and one user — using multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses is not permitted.

Vv33 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice given to affected users via email or an in-platform notification.

The casino games available at vv33 — including live casino, slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, crash games, and game shows — are provided by internationally licensed suppliers with RNG (random number generator) certification verified by independent laboratories.

The following additional conditions apply to casino games:

• The RTP (return to player) for each slots game is listed on that game's page;
• Technical failures during a casino round (internet outage, server error) that result in incomplete bets will be reviewed, and where platform error is confirmed, the amount will be refunded;
• In the Live Casino, dealers' decisions are final and governed by the rules disclosed before each table;
• The use of bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to play on vv33 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vv33 platform:

• Creating more than one account or registering with another person's CPF;
• Submitting false documents or incorrect information during the verification process;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct illegal financial transactions;
• Exploiting odds errors (palpable errors) to gain an unfair advantage — bets placed under such circumstances may be voided retroactively;
• Initiating chargebacks after bets have been confirmed;
• Using bots, scripts, or any automation to play or interact with the platform;
• Threaten, harass, or disrespect support agents or other users;
• Share your login credentials or allow third parties to use your account.

Vv33 actively monitors abnormal usage patterns and may suspend accounts for investigation without prior notice when any of the above conduct is suspected. Accounts confirmed to be involved in fraud will have their balances retained and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

At the user's request: you can request account closure at any time by contacting support at suporte@vv33.click. Any real-money balance available at the time will be refunded via Pix to the account holder's CPF after identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met the minimum rollover requirement are not eligible for refund.

At vv33's discretion: the platform may close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Proven violation of any clause in these Terms;
• Request by the account holder (self-exclusion);
• Requirement by a regulatory authority or court order;
• Account inactivity for more than 24 consecutive months;
• Detection of users under 18 accessing the account.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, vv33 reserves the right to retain any balances obtained through fraudulent conduct. The user will be notified by email of the closure and the reasons, except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation.
